• Conduct capacity assessment on existing monitoring and evaluation system Develop indicators and monitoring strategy for project.
• Suggest strategies to Project Management for improving, efficiency and effectiveness of project by identifying bottlenecks in completing project activities and developing plans to minimize or eliminate such bottlenecks.
• Develop performance monitoring framework to measure progress, effectiveness and achievement of expected results, specifying qualitative and quantitative indicators, data sources, and collection methods
• Collect accurate and timely data of programme activities and utilize project management cycle to reflect and analyze results and feedback, develop best practices, and implement lessons learned back into project.
• Prepare reports as required on programming activities for internal, donor and beneficiary community reporting.
• Monitor and document progress of programme activities against agreed indicators and impact of programme to inform overall programme strategy.

• Collect data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations.
• Carry out quantitative or qualitative research.
• Utilize statistical software to manage and organize information monitoring progress of research projects
• Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis.
• Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns and solutions, including surveys and focus group transcripts.

• Monitor the field activities based on project implementation plan and using education M&E forms/system.

• Assist with collection of quantitative and qualitative data through household, classroom and community level surveys and data assessments to measure project achievements.
• Monitoring of activities to identify key challenges and gaps in the implementation of activities and find solutions
• Information sharing with target communities regarding project objectives, approaches, activities, and achievements
• Conduct regular data Quality Assessments
• Resolving and alerting discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
